Our Administrative Assistant, Sister Meache Smith, joined our family in June, 2016.  She has more than 24 years of experience in Church Administration and 35 years of Legal Administration experience.  Sister Smith was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and has three beautiful daughters, Tamika LaTrice, Christina Renee and Briana Leona.   Sister Meache accepted Christ as her personal Lord and Savior when she was 17 years old.  She believes in the principles of Christian education and Christian living.  Although she has stumbled along the way, her determination to have the life God promised in His Word motivated her to get up and keep going.  As the result of listening to, hearing God's voice and obeying His call, Sister Meache retired from the Law Firm of Hoogendoorn & Talbot LLP in December, 2015 and moved to San Diego in February, 2016.  God led her to Good Shepherd and she is actively serving in our Prayer Ministry and Women of Faith Ministry, she enjoys motivating and encouraging others to study God's Word, pray continually and most of all to listen for God to speak to you.  Her motto is "Always trust and serve God, in spite of and despite your situations and circumstances."  We gladly welcome Sister Meache to our family!!
